Is this true????

I took my car in about 2 weeks ago to get reflashed and my Dealership said the latest version was the N Flash. I've been reading a little and someone said that N is non existing. Is this true or is dealership blowing smoke up my a**. By the way, I'm new to this forum as of about 1min ago. Hello everyone. To get back to my point, WHAT IS THE LASTEST REFLASH VERSION. THANKS Y'ALL.

Welcome pauls8 to this board.

As for the reflash, unfortunately I cannot answer your question... Sorry!

Enjoy your 8.

It's funny. He's not the first guy to post this in the last three weeks. I think that dealers are getting confused because of the latest official missive from Mazda. They probably aren't bothering to read it and must just be assuming that there is a new flash. Either that or . . . God forbid . . . there could be something we don't know about ?! nah. not possible. Personally, I think that the service managers just didn't bother to read the Mazda TSB requiring the M Flash and they assumed that it was a new flash, which of course is wrong.

I have taken my 8 in twice . I have learned in that short time ,if you just ask them to check it they will .Then update you to the newest one they have. i am no longer calling them numbers, i am just going to get it checked evertime i go in for service or acc. .......... that seems to be all they no to do.
