Discount Tire sells this brand and has a particular wheel which I really like and am considering as a winter wheel. The wheel is the MB Motoring Rev and is available as an 18 x 8 with a 40mm offset with 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern. I assume these will fit the RX-8 no problem with these parameters.

The wheels are $148 each and look attractive to me. Has anyone had any experience with these wheels or this company? Any input would be appreciated as I'd hate to spend $600 on wheels and find out they are crap. Mind you, for that price I'm not expecting ultra high performance racing wheels.

A picture of the wheels is attached.

Do you have a link to the site you saw that pricing info on?

Try this url:

http://www.discounttire.com/dtc/searchWheelsByVehicleAndSize.do?rw=&wd=18&rc=MNMINT&vid=008436&sw=false&yr=2004&bp=

If that doesn't work, I found them by going to www.discounttire.com and searching for Wheels and then looking under Minneapolis, Mazda, 2004, RX-8 6 speed coupe and then it took me to these and 255 other wheels.

I bought MB Motoring wheels for my Miata. This is before I knew anything about wheels. I liked them, but they were very heavy. Try and find out the weight and compare to stock. I ended up getting Enkei RSF2 wheels for my Miata. Discount tire sells them and they are $152 each. Try this link:
