Disconnect the a-arm, the whole setup will drop. By the way, be careful when you dismantle the front shock from the spring, more pressure than the back, mine went flying.

Both, its good to have someone to help hold the setup. You can move it around, but beware of the line that is attached, I stretched mine pretty good before I saw it (not sure what the line is, but I'm sure its not good to tear it!)

Read swankmonkey's coilover install instructions. They give good detail on how to remove the stock shocks.

BTW, are you replacing just the springs? I did springs only, 3 or 4 weeks ago, and I just ordered my shocks because the ride has gotten HARSH.

I have had my tein s-tech springs on now for about two months and no ride quality is lost, the car rides excellent. What kind of driving do you do? How many miles do you have on your car? I have 11,000 on mine.

you can get around removing both a arms up front but the back youll need to remove both ball joints... i had my stechs on in about 35mins and have had no ride quality problems yet..so far rides as good as factory but i only have 890 miles on mine so i guess ill find out
