i think you first need a certain number of posts?? but if not...

go to "User CP"
go to "User Options"
scroll down to find where you upload it... max width is 100pixels.

lol i love the llama too, i used paint to do this so its not a great job but ill learn to photochop soon.

Thanx Wakeech, but most of the images I have are too big does anyone know how I can shrink em or something, please excuse my stupidity.

uh, you're gonna have to use a program which can scale down a .bmp, .gif, or .jpeg (jpeg's obviously the best format to use for a picture of something real, not drawn)... i just have a pirate copy of PS (shhh!! i don't use it to make money, just trim my photos when i scan them) that worked really good for me.

You can also use Microsoft photo editor, which most people have. Once in ther load your image go to image, resize, and change the pixels to desired size.:)
