I have read some have trimmed 3 inches of the bump stop, others less. The directions call for .8 front and 1 inch rear. Any consequenses for cutting more off. And how much front and rear did you do and why?
Thanks
Steve

Just got my S-Tecs today from Vivid. Did any of you have to roll the fenders? I have 19's and hopefully they won't rub. Huff said I should roll them though.

As was said, the suspension has less travel room, and may hit the bump stop on a big bump. They are there so that you won't hit metal on metal and damage something, but if you hit the bump stops frequently, you'll want to trim them some (for ride comfort and the possibility of eventual damage). If you don't hit them, there shouldn't be any ill effects.

SHOWOFF, It all depends on what offset wheels you are running whether you will have to roll your fenders or not
