I know World Car Mazda in New Braunfels has a good Mechanic. I dont know if he still works there. I think he works in a dealership in SA know. It might be Ingram Park or World Car Mazda in San Antonio. His name is Ector Balderas. He is the top Mazda Mech in SA. Tell him Mikie sent you.

I usually go to WC in NB as well. I've heard good things about IPAC, so that's weird that you said that... I've also taken my car to North Park (right next to where I work) and they seem to be pretty good as well.
