They tried something similar back home in Australia a few years ago. Didn't last long; too many of them were getting stolen!

Rumour has it that they tried it around LA too, but they kept cutting them out crooked. ;)

in Dallas they tried placing a patrol car on the side of the highway with its radar detector on...but my friends took some shoe polish and wrote "NO COP IN HERE" on the windows

Police forces are doing anything they can for money. Cruisers are now going to have advertising on them. This way they get them for free. It is sad to see what cops are having to do nowadays.

i guarantee you wont see one of those around here...at least 50% of the cop cars around here are undercover...they have crown vics..camaros...impalas...mustangs and a black Z06
