For those of you who were able to actually touch the RX-8 at an auto show (not me, it was roped off on a revolving pedestal in St Louis)...

I know you need to open the front door in order to open the rear door; and vise-versa to close them.

Assuming both doors are open, did anyone notice what would happen if you attempted to close the front door prior to closing the back door? Then, pulled the rear door closed onto a closed front door.

Are there any protruding hooks, latches, etc. on the rear door that may hit/damgage the closed front door panel?

please search the threads. there are multiple conversations that already address this issue. (the rear door padding hits the front door, so no bad comes of it)

Really! I thought I had read every thread on this forum, and don't remember seeing anything about this. I will check, though.

Hey pmacwill, you should photoshop your Sponge Bob Rotor Pants Avatar to turn Bob into a triangle! Just a thought!

don't feel like doing the search right now, but check elara's or frits's posts. i think one of those two tried it at the detroit show.
