How's about a home page listing of any recalls for the "8"? It would make recalls easy to spot, probably long before Mazda gets around the mailing stuff out. Also it would provide a history of recalls for folks buying 8s used.

Thanks, Expo1 - but I really do think it would be good to have a site on our homepage that flags recalls specific to RX8s. I don't plan to visit the DOT site regularly but I DO expect to visit our homepage regularly. Maybe it should be the lead item under our troubleshooting area?

we already have this access. this link (http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=14453) is to the TSB sticky thread at the top of the tech section. that first post has a link to the page where all the tsb's and recalls are listed. they are in pdf format so you can read them and print them out. also if you to www.mazdausa.com (for folks in the u.s.) you can register in their "MY MAZDA" section and then you will hav eyour own space to keep track of services and also there is a spot which lists any recall work you need to have done. the previous 2 recalls for me showed up there within a day or 2 of us finding out through the TSBs and about 2 weeks before i got my letters. so i had the appointments scheduled before i got my letters.
