FINALLY saw another '8 on the road Saturday, 5/1/04!

I've had my '8 since October '03 and this is the first one I've seen besides Doccable and Chirrac. This one was lightning yellow, and we passed each other and waved just North of Longmont on Hwy 287. Anyone here the other driver? Seems to me I recall someone from Loveland bought a LY back a while ago, and popped in here briefly...

A little over a week ago was the first time that I saw an RX8 on the street. It was down here at Wadsworth and Quincy, and it too was yeller.

I saw one out at 120th and sheridan on Friday, red, heater and key, and another at the Ranch Country club yesterday, red too, Veteran Plates.

Anyone?

saw my first today in Albuquerque - has to be someone on the NM board. Red. Don't know if he saw me - I was waiting to go ahead at a red light and he (or she) came by in the left turn lane, turning left. 2 in the afternoon 5/10. Got a kick out of it!

I returned from a road trip to SoCA (from WY) 2 weeks ago and NEVER saw an 8 rolling. Did see two other TitGreys in parking ramps in Vegas coming and going, but that was it!

I saw 2 greys driving side by side while I was up in Pueblo this weekend, had to be weird seeing 3 8's at one stop light.

Boy no kidding. Funny how it's a little thrill to see another one on the road. I was so shocked to see that LY one that I almost didn't have time to react with an appropriate wave.

There's a LY here at the Denver Fed Center where I work, but I haven't been able to meet the owner yet. May be easier once I'm commuting in my silver '8 (picking it up today.)

Way cool Rosco, and WELCOME!!!

In case you haven't see it yet, we have a Rocky Mountain RX-8 Club going, and are having a major meet coming up June 5th and 6th. Care to join us? :D If so, just send me a PM with your name, screenname, email, and phone number and I'll get you signed up!

Man, you are gonna LOVE this car! :D

Howdy. I have followed the forum for a long time and finally got around to registering. Lots of great information here.

I have a black GT with the red interior, appearance package and a Mazdaspeed spoiler on order. It should be here in July. Not soon enough, but I anticipate that it will be worth the wait.

There is an LY parked in apartment complex next to mine. It could be the one you all spotted.

Hey AndyV, bet you can't wait until July. Definitely worth the wait though. I'm jealous of your MS spoiler. Very cool look, IMO.

After exactly one week, I have to report that like Omi said... I LOVE this car. :D :D Wow. I already got in on a group buy for the CZ Stage 1. That sucking sound is my bank account being drained. BTW, there may be another spot to be had if you want the CZ. PM me if you want in and I'll try to hook you up.

I can't freakin believe this.

There I was, standing out in front of my house this evening with my wife, chatting with our neighbors, and I happened to glance down the block...

RIGHT AS a brand new, Winning Blue RX-8 pulled into a driveway at the end house on my block! I about fell over!

Of course, I had to go talk to the guy. :D It's so new he hasn't even had to put gas in it yet.

So I told him about the club, and the upcoming meet (which he cannot make) and this site, etc. Nice guy... hopefully he'll join us!

Too funny! I don't see but ONE other RX-8 on the road for almost 9 months, then someone on MY BLOCK buys one. ROTFLMAO!!! :D
