I've seen this listed on some people's descriptions of their cars, what is it? Just curious in case it's something I should be adding to my nearly perfect baby (waiting for the strakes to come in). :D

Its the front turn signal plastic covers. The stock comes with amber color, look horrible. The clear corners are the same plastic cover just no amber coloring. So instead of a white bulb flashing behind an amber colored cover, you put in an amber bulb with the clear covering. Makes the car look really sharp. Take a look at different pics you'll see em.

I did a Search for "clear corners" and lots of good threads came up. This seemed to be the most direct in my opinion: http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=10379

The side orange light covers on the body of the car are replaced with clear ones. In this red, the person is using amber bulbs underneath the clear cover to still have a colored blinker.

"Blinkers" ..??? What do you mean? Mine dont 'blink'.

clear corners are something you can add to gain horsepower...you will also be able to feel a noticeable difference in torque!

but the most gain is only noticed when used in conjunction with Type R stickers directly beneath them...:D

i got mine on ebay for $60 shipped from the seller japanpartsintokyo. their website is japanparts.com, but theyre more expensive there. check out my post in the good guys/bad guys forum, they were great

I just got my RX-8 and while I'm not big on "modding" I certainly will be going for the subdued style mods like clearing my corners, etc.
