Who is a good "Service Person" to deal with at the Tyson Corner Rosenthal Mazda for an Oil Change? In Virginia.

I had a bad experience there before and I have heard some bad stuff about them here at rx8club.com

I'd say the Rosenthal Mazda in Arlington. Not to be off topic, but they are awesome, and I've NEVER been helped to my satisfaction at the Tyson's location.

Is there anyone in particular I should talk to at the Arlington Location?

WHY on earth would you be asking about oil changes in the Multimedia Photo Gallery forum section? Don't you think you'd get much better answers in the Tech section, or for dealer recommendations, in the appropriate Regional forum section???

i dealt with Steve Miller at Tysons Rosenthal when I took my Protege there for services. He's ok, did exactly what I expect him to do, so *shrug*
