Hi all,
It's quite common for new model cars to have problems in the first or second years of production. The problem is whether the dealer/company will acknowledge the problem and take care of it or if they will blame it on customer abuse. I first encounter this on the s2ki site. If you go you can find many many people bitching about there cars. Most of them complained about dealer service. On the my350z site, there are also problems but Nissan seems to be taking care of problems.
Since many of us have ordered or will order a RX-8 I was wondering if any experienced Mazda owners can give us some of their dealer experiences? Where there problems with your car(s)? Did the dealer fix those problems? Any overcharging or stupid fees? If you had a lemon, how was that taken care of?
