But we're trying to keep the lower Honda's out. You're alright because you still have a fast Honda. A sports car, not a "sport compact"

Well, it seems I can't attend this meet this year. But if you guys are real rotorheads then this is the meet to be at.

 

Just to bring everyone up to speed...

The T.O. guys will be rendezvousing at Fairview Mall at around 9:45-10am on May 15th to head out to Ottawa convoy style!

The West end guys and the South end guys will hopefully be meeting us at Fairview at that time so we can have a major line heading out to Ottawa.

Unfortunately MyRxBad won't be able to make it this year.

But I expect the rest of you to show up!
You don't want to miss this event! It's THE event of the year! So make reservations now!!!

If you haven't noticed, Rxcetera has just put up a recent thread regarding hotels and such.

It's a weekend event. We leave Sat. morning convoy style and make the weekend of it...

because my 8 is "delayed in BC" I probably won't be able to make this. I've seen all the post and was looking forward to get together with a couple of others but I guess now I'm SOL.

Hopefully we'll have one in the GTA (or somewhere around here) early/mid summer.

Do you know where the skate park is just east of the corel centre? It's in that parking lot on the Sat.


When: May 15-16 weekend

May 15th: The meet starts with a show and shine at the Kanata Recreational Complex on May 15th at 2pm (to those who attended last year, the roads have been fixed ).
As usual, people are invited to drive down to my place afterwards for BBQ. We'll also be hitting the streets that night to check out the local "scene" (if there is such a thing in Ottawa.

May 16th: Everyone is invited to the Cumberland/Masson ferry at 9am for a huge cruise in Quebec through some of the nicest roads you'll ever see. We'll be doing the same route as last year, so it's not for the faint of heart (or weak stomachs)... but I think everyone who attended last year will admit it was THE highlight of the weekend.

As usual, maps to all the spots will be provided at the show and shine.

Hope to see everyone there!!!
