It eats into the headroom too much. rael 02-04-2003, 12:57 PM So anybody over 5'7'' maybe would not fit into the car with a sunroof. I think those Japanese are cleverer than that and I know for a fact the dealers have not got a clue what they are talking about. Although good point if you are ordering. I agree that it spoils the roof line. rael. Titanium Grey 02-04-2003, 03:31 PM The one I have seen in pictures, looks to be an external sliding roof as on the MX-6, MX-3. If this is so and it is placed over the driver it wont reduce headroom at all. ROTORIST 02-04-2003, 04:09 PM The series 3 rx-7 has the same type of sunroof which takes up very little room in an already nearly cramped cabin. I am 5ft 10 and it does not pose any problems to me. Again Mazda will have taken this into consideration in their meticulous fashion when building rotary powered vehicles. zoom44 02-04-2003, 04:27 PM Originally posted by glen The dealer I spoke to said that if you're over 5'7" then not to bother. I don't think that Mazda would make a mass production vehicle that wouldn't fit someone taller than that. ---jps |
