Does anyone know an approx date of the release (if it is even going to happen) of the Mazda Speed Rx-8? I was just curious if anyone had any info I missed in the threads.:confused:

I read that a year after the RX-8 is released, Mazda plans to bring out a high powered version, which will either rev harder or have a larger rotary. I'm not sure if this will be like the mazdaspeed concept or not, hope it is though!

I heard it will happen after they do the MPS version of the 6. They said they could get 310-315 out of the renesis N/A. Other reliable sources seem to agree it will be N/A at or above 300 HP.

--but then again maybe not.

I own amazdaspeed 93rx7 and run and looks and ride different. The regular rx7 i know because i owned a r1rx7 93 and only255 the mazdaspeed version has 390 +hp and ilove it.But I'm GOING TO SALE IT BECAUSE my WIFE is HAVING A BABY BUT THE RX8 MAZDASPEED HAS 4 SET AND A BABY SET too. So i will get the mazdaspeed version went it comes out in the usa with out paying someone extra10,000 to get it here.

good deal, cause when i get back in about 15 months I will be buying a car, and was hoping the MS Rx8 would be out around then!!:D
