No. At this point I'm more than happy with the power. MPG improvement would be nice but I'm happy to wait for any future remapping that's done by Mazda engineers. With all due respect to CZ's efforts I think Mazda just has more resources to ensure that longevity is preserved for all components.

wait wait wait! the one person who explained their "no" answer said something which sounds very much like they dont have one. it sounded more like reasoning for not getting one themselves. who actually has one that doesn't like it?

I'm really starting to think that many of the pro intake system comments are motivated by more than stupidity.

I'm thinking that marketing is starting to motivate poll results here.

I do not own a CZ computer. We'll start there.

I voted no because I have driven a friend's car with the CZ mod. It may not be a fair assessment because I don't drive it everyday.

With that said, here are the reasons I voted no. Keep in mind they are MY OPINION, so don't bash me if it happens not to be yours.

When driving the car with the CZ mod at speed there was a very noticeable "dip" in the power as the car reached its port openings. The car overall lost a bit of smoothness in its normal drivability. For as much horsepower as was claimed... It didn't feel "like it should". The other reason I voted no is because I tend to be a brand whore. What Maurice has done is very commendable as he truly wishes to improve on the car's performance and his product does have potential. I personally would rather wait until a company like HKS or Racing Beat (and many other established companies) come out with their own products.

To be fair, the CZ mod that I had tested was returned to Maurice for reprogramming (??). I will be given another chance to drive the revised mod with the "L" reflash done soon. I may then change my vote.

Fair enough then.
