I ran across this idea from forum member 'caredden' of the rx7club, and I thought it was a good idea. Any way this can be applied to members with less than x amount of posts, before they start a new thread?
I'm thinking this may be a decent way to encourage people to get into the habit of searching to improve their search skills and reduce the number of redundant threads.

do you actually read the legalese page or do you just scroll down to the bottom, click the "I Agree" box, and then hit enter just like everyone else?

All in favor?
I'll even throw $20 towards it if that's what it takes.

^^A good point. Many new people will always come on here not knowing to take advantage of 'search' feature (I was one of them). I guess they'll just have to learn the hard way.

I'm still a big fan of not letting someone with fewer then 20 post even start a new thread. To hell with the, "um hey, if you could, can you please um... search before starting a new thread? That would be super"
