I am in need of a working FacePlate for my 2004 RX8 non 6disk. My connectors are bad Mazda told me so I need a new another one. The one they tried to sell me is 680 bucks.

I've actually got a spare factory radio, I'll look when I get home from work and see what all I have, I'm not using it so I'd let it go pretty cheap if you're interested.

 

O Yeah for Sure, let me know if you have it and how much. I recently just got the Xcarlink ipod player but I can't hook it up yet because I need a faceplate so Im stuck with just music on my phone for now. I keep trying to turn it up with my Stereo know but that doesnt work! lol

But Yeah, let me know because MazMart didnt have one.

 

I have a spare radio basically, I had originally purchased it with some a/c controls that I wound up not using as I found another set in nicer condition. I have the front to it as well, don't know if you'd be interested but I also have a spare metra kit w/ the non glossy faceplate. (I might have the piano black as well, my memory is epic fail sitting here at work right now lol) Just let me know what you'd like to do, I think we have a TexasRx meeting next Tuesday, I'm free in the evenings and weekends (for the most part) as well.

 

Hey Man, thanks for responding. I think I'm more confused about which one I really need since Mazda said faceplate. I guess to be safe I could take the front and the spare radio.

How much would you be looking for those items? You can pm or Ill pm you with my email if its faster than conversating on the thread. Btw Im in Austin also

 

whats wrong with your radio? mine just died on me.... was driving one day then it started thumping real loud then and now it dont work..... did you have the same problem?
