View Full Version : Rate yourself as a RX-8 driver! Baller 02-29-2004, 12:07 PM z amartin 02-29-2004, 12:51 PM Did you realize that 90% of all drivers believe they are better than 50% of all over drivers? Interesting fact. Baller 02-29-2004, 12:53 PM I know....I was hoping for the truth.....because the truth will set you free!!! Overport 02-29-2004, 01:02 PM since i am only a teenager....i dont have much experience. but i am a very good driver and can hold my own. Baller 02-29-2004, 01:07 PM Some of the youngest drivers make the best Race-car drivers....fast reflexes....good vision. I'm 44 but consider myself to be the next Michael Schumacher! John Corbitt 03-01-2004, 07:56 AM I think certain vehicles bring different quality drivers. I will bet if you put this survey on a Volvo website, the "Great driver, good record" would be even higher. Quite posibly the RX-8 market are better than average drivers. There is always the exception to the rule. John guy321 03-01-2004, 08:05 AM You need a new category. Questionable driver with a great driving record. bubble 03-02-2004, 05:08 AM Does having a good record have a direct relationship of driving abilities? ZoomZoomH 03-02-2004, 05:37 AM Originally posted by bubble Does having a good record have a direct relationship of driving abilities? not in terms of pure driving skills, but a good driving record does reflect a good sense of judgement while on the road, which i guess COULD be considered a driving 'ability' grogiefrog 03-07-2004, 10:16 AM Does having a good record have a direct relationship of driving abilities? I started driving way early (out in the country) on a lot of different types of vehicles. When I did have a license, I drove several RX-7's on a lot of open road, and in a lot of different size cities. Age has taught me a lot. As a result I have a clean record and very low insurance rates... even when I was single and under 25. The one ticket that I had was out of state. I was not paying attention and deserved it. MazdaManiac 03-07-2004, 10:31 AM You need to delineate between "tickets" and "convictions". I get 1/2 dozen tickets a year. I have yet to be convicted in this decade. bubble 03-19-2004, 01:11 AM Originally posted by MazdaManiac You need to delineate between "tickets" and "convictions". I get 1/2 dozen tickets a year. I have yet to be convicted in this decade. I have received five citations in the last four weeks! I believe 90% of licensed drivers drive unsafely. I am astonished by tailgaters on the highway. |
