Quest. for the community. Are there any long term negative effects due to use of "all wheel cleaners" such as the hot rims product by Maguires? This is the product that I have and I wonder if there are any long term effects to the finish of the wheels even if you use it as directed. I am already very careful to use a separate bucket for the wheels since the chemicals seem pretty harsh. Any opnions out there on damage, alternative cleaners or cleaning techniques that help to preserve the wheels? Thanks.

There shouldnt be...i used it on my last car almost every time i washed it for over 30000 miles with no bad effects.
