I am interested in installing these, but it looks like a lot of hard work. Too everyone who has installed them, what are your thoughts on the lights?

Check the audio and electronics forum, these have been discussed extensively there. In fact, I think I'll move this post there...

Not difficult, just time consuming. Hardest thing is getting at the correct blue/red wire in the bundle since there are two of them there.
