View Full Version : F/S: Agency Power Dual Resonated Midpipe
makristal 01-03-2011, 09:41 PM Hey y'all,
Had the midpipe on and now I'm taking it back off. Too po' to afford the AccessPort to fully utilize it. Not very many miles on it (~1.5k), sadly I got it without hardware so you're kinda on your own with that, I made my own hardware from Schucks and it's easy to redo, I can tell you how to do it.
Will post pictures after I clean it up a little bit.
Asking price: $150. If you don't know how to take your cat off to put this on, I can always help if you're not too far away.

VashCloud 01-03-2011, 11:53 PM maybe you'll get more then 120 miles to a TANK! HAHAHAHA
Btw, record on the road trip 330 miles to a TANK!!!!
makristal 01-03-2011, 11:58 PM I h8 you. I haven't been getting more than 200.
FazdaRX_8 01-13-2011, 07:41 PM sorry to see your selling this!!
makristal 01-13-2011, 11:24 PM Oh, me too, but it just didn't work out with it. Do you want a second one ;-)
rotomaven 01-14-2011, 12:58 AM were you getting flames withe the dual resonators? or is a straight pipe the only way to achieve this?iknow that with the cobb ap it leans it out so you cant but i dont have that. "yet" atleast
makristal 01-14-2011, 01:27 AM Yeah it's not "flames" per-say but you can definitely get it to back fire HEEEEEELLA! YOu're all making me tempted to throw it back on for the meet if I still have it...Angela can confirm...It does get you some good "flame" back there.
rotomaven 01-14-2011, 01:42 AM helli get it to pop as it is, but im hopin with the midpipe it is louder/flames haha. but i just cant decide between straight or resonated. som esay that the straightis too loud but i dont mind the noise
makristal 01-14-2011, 11:23 AM If I still have it, I'll try to put it on for the day, and I'll give it a little love for you so you can hear it.
rotomaven 01-14-2011, 12:21 PM ok sounds like a plan to me
superhypered 01-17-2011, 11:35 PM I'm currently in the process of getting an AP catback at the moment.. I'll need a midpipe to go along with it. PM? :D:
makristal 01-18-2011, 10:10 AM I've moved this over to the global for sale thread.
makristal 01-21-2011, 09:13 PM Sold!!!
Ccarroll1414 03-01-2011, 02:08 PM Does anybody know if the agency power midpipe fits with the racing beat catback exhaust system?
makristal 03-01-2011, 11:10 PM What does your flange look like that connects at the end of your Racing Beat? If it fits onto the stock RX8 cat, then it should fit the AP.
Ccarroll1414 03-02-2011, 10:35 AM Ya the RB fits the stock cat. So hopefully the dual resonated AP will fit cas its a lot cheaper then the RB.
And another question. How loud was the resonated AP on your car? And did it give off a lot of bad smell? And did you notice any power gains? Or was it almost unoticable?
makristal 03-03-2011, 01:50 PM It was loud, but I loved every moment of it (except for the noise that came from my passenger seat (woman) ). Any midpipe without a cat will have a smell, that's your unfiltered carbon dioxide come out of the car, I like the smell because it made my car feel like it was epic (and it wasn't that bad of a smell in the car, outside of the car it was pretty intense). It has a bit of a rasp, but with the Borla exhaust it seriously sounded like an F1 car at high RPMs :-D. I didn't notice any power gains because I did not have an AccessPort, and until you get one of those, you won't realize any power gains. I got rid of mine because my PCM was going bonkers without the tune and I just didn't want to get an AP for 600 bucks (or buy it used for 450 then pay 200 bucks for the subscription).
