Sunroof in RX8

I have a question, has anyone installed a aftermarket sunroof in their rx8 and if so where and how much did it cost? Please tell if there are pros or cons with the sunroof!

Please post as much info as possible! I hate myself for not getting one when I bought the 8 but want to put one in now.

Don't get me wrong, I don't regret getting the option myself, because I do think that the roof is a great option, but now that I've had it, and had a chance to played with it... I don't think i'd mind if i didn't get it.

Not trying to rain on your parade, but generally speaking, aftermarket sunroofs don't have a very good rap because they tend to be more problematic (leaking, failing, breaking) than factory installed units.

The sunroof is great if you live in a climate like Fla or Ca. You should have gotten it from the factory if you wanted it. I can only use mine maybe four months out of the year (raining or just too fu%^&g hot). Do not get an aftermarket version! Leave your 8 like you bought it! (Except HP mods or bolt ons!)

From someone who has installed sunroof's/moonroof's in the past, I would not touch this car. With the roof scooped out the way it is your asking for a problem. I'd advise against it.

wow, this is kinda strange. Um, I never once posted this question, nor do I have any desire to install a sunroof in my 8. It appears someone feels like posting some stuff under my user name. Guess it's time to change the ol' password
