After reading all the horror stories about flooding I thought I'd start a poll to see what % have actually flooded their engine.

I have flooded 0 times...

This past weekend it was COOOOOLD here.. (35 - 40 F) So I tried to make my car flood.. I started it then moved it 30 feet, shut it off right away, let it sit for an hour and it started right back up.. I did this about 6 times over 2 days with no flooding.

Flooded once after quickly moving my car in the cold to get another car out of the driveway. I eventually got it started following the procedure in the manual. I learned my lesson and will never do it again. (It's kind of like your mom telling you the stove is hot but you have to touch it yourself to find out). It will only happen once :)

You're right. I did a search on poll+flood and it did not find anything. Should have thought about searching for poll+flooding, poll+flooded etc. OK let's close this thread and go vote on this thread.
