Greetings everyone. I have been watching this forum for a while and am frankly amazed at the enthusiasm and large amount of information that can be found here.

I am not an 8 owner, but am in the industry and maybe can share some ideas with you all on certain subjects.

I look forward to lots of proactive communication between us all!

Regards

Mr M:p

What role do you play in the industry?

Hi, Mr. M!

Welcome to the board. You never know what you will learn here. Who knows -- we may sway you into buying an 8!

Can't afford an 8, I move around too much and it would be such a loss (mainly financially) to have to sell it when I move on to my next location where ever that may be.

You wanna know what I do? Hmmmm. That would give away too many secrets. Let's just say I have lots of good contacts, 20 years in the industry (hence the contacts) and an interest in rotaries. Does that qualify me as a rotor-head?

That would describe several members of the forum here already :) But we'll take whatever you can give us anyway! Always up for new inside info!

Nice to have your input. However, I purpose a test. Tell us something we don't know, or better yet, the real fix to the flooding issue some are having :)

Thanks for joining.

Flooding would be nice... but since your identity is secret how about giving us the inside scoop on the gas mileage problem ;) .

Sorry guys, I'm a technician (not in the categorical sense), not a magician.

Something you didn't know? How about this?
'NE' signal means "Number of Engine revolutions' (a term often used by Mazda).

You sound like a qualified rotor-head to me, Mr. M. I hope I qualify, as well! Are you in the military, causing you to move places you can't take your vehicle?
