I was under the impression it would be posted rather shortly after the picture posts...
I'm a patient person though.. just curious if it's coming along or what :)

I think it was sputnik who said they had to sign a non-disclosure aggreement. So maybe he can't talk about it until a certain time. I hope that will be soon.

We have a lot to say... Berny and I will actually be posting 2 opinions in two articles.
However, we were both away from our computers yesterday, so didn't get a chance to post anything...

I wouldn't be surprised if they held the press to a particular release date, though, like they did with the other press day they had last year (which a handful of Internet magazines violated, and have now been "banned").

I noticed the first report is in
"With the launch of the production version of the RX-8, the press was invited to the spiritual home of Mazda in North America, Mazda Raceway at Laguna Seca. Magazines like Car and Driver, Motortrend, Automobile, Sport Compact, were on hand, along with 20 or so other journalists to test out the RX-8 in an autocross, on the track, and an hour and a half trek on Highway 1. All in all, we had ear-to-ear smiles through out the entire day."
