Yes sorry you're right.. thanks for the correction. I'm used to my RX7's with the 2 catalytics (pre-cat and main-cat). So I need one catalytic assembly for my RX8!

 

Okay, now...................you do know that there is an 8 year 80k mile warranty if you are in the USA right?
I don't know if you now have a bad CAT that you suspect is bad or what, but if you do......go get one for free!

Oh.........I see......after a re-read you might have a midpipe and live in a state with emissions testing. I didn't catch that part the first time.

where are you located?
in your state can yo use an aftermarket cat?
is your cat still covered under emissions warranty? (see Mazufer's comments above)
