Is there anyone out there who was assessed a fee when buying their RX-8 (or any other Mazda product) at lease end?

I'm having a little problem with Mazda Credit (or what's left of it) and I need some answers. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I've experienced this on other lease buyouts; check your contract.
