I know everyone is sick to death of RX-8 VS 350Z comparisons, but I just wanted to know, Aesthetically speaking, which do you prefer, the Nismo 350Z or the Mazdaspeed RX-8?

both are sweet, but i prefer the rx8 based on the limited pics of the nismo. the gt2 style front has me sold too. that and they didn't put any checkered flag crap down the side.

 

There are dozens of 350's running around town currently so i run into them on a daily basis. It's an "OK" design but fundamentally, very different from the RX8. It's not really an equal comparison although they will undoubtedly occupy some of the same market segment due to price and performance. But...I do prefer the RX8. It's a little more "standard" than avant garde like the 350. If the 8 were a bit shorter between the wheels with a slightly different roof line, it'd be no contest :-)

 

I like the look of the RX-8 better. It is more aggressive and has a cleaner look. The 350z doesn't look that much different. That stripe is really ugly IMO.

 

I like curves. I choose the 8--with or without the Mazdaspeed kit.

 

Is this a Nismo 350Z?

Yea i love those huge front side vents, it does have kinda a gt2 style to it and those side mirrors are sweet too.
