I think that the bottom bit refers to the previous Mazda LeMans effort, the 787, made in 1991? Maybe it has a similar, if not the same engine, even though it says RENESIS

It's from one of the "Concept" extension games. Gran Turismo Concept 2002: Tokyo-Geneva, I think. Kind of like appetizers for GT lovers to tide us over until #4 comes out.
