Hopefully you two have read up on this car or know all about it. Did you all do the intake mod, the yellow top, and the washer fluid bottle?
If so......the ignore the rest(as you probably know this stuff).......except the last sentence.


Keep the oil topped off but not overfilled.
Check it every other fill up.
Don't turn it off cold!
Redline at least once a day, but after it's warmed up to operating temp.
Change that oil every 3k miles.
etc.

Oh.....and stay off the hood! :wavey:

anyways - just to add what mazurfer said. Be sure to check out the DIY's on stuff and research the tech forums and the aftermarket forums if you want to learn more or do more with your car. There's a wealth of information on this forum.

Thanks =) im going to replace the trans with a brand new one. 1000$ saved so far, 2000$ more to go! haha i got a job purely to fund my car expenses =)

If you can get on base and a lift, it will be easier. I've done it both ways.... lift wins hands down!

You may have broken some hearts with that husband shot, but nice ride! I LOVE the two-tone interior with the red car. Pure sex!

Oh, and I just rebuilt my tranny for my '04. It's a ton of work, but extremely rewarding and do-able if you have the right tools. Good luck.
