Don't know if anyone has them but another option when it comes to selecting a spring. :cool:

BTW, knowing H&R's prices, I'd guess the set will sell for about $200-250 at shops (about the Eibach price).

You might want to try Eibach or Tein. Eibach Pro-Kit lowers about 1.2" both front and rear. Tein lowers slightly more, about 1.5" in the front, and 1.2" - 1.4" in the rear. Both of them runs about $250 for the springs only.

I got mine Eibach installed for $350.

It depends.

At an aftermarket performance shop, it'll run anywhere between $100 - $200; at least in So Cal.

The dealership would probably charge you $500.

The one thing about Eibach is the drop gives the rear a more "dropped" look. Since the wheel well is different in the front and rear, a same drop (front and rear) will make the rear sit lower - at least visually.

In my past I've had both Eibach and H&R, both equally good. :cool:

Are these all linear rate springs, or progressive? I know the Eibach Pro Kits are progressive for a lot of cars, but linear for the FD (go figure).

I have the PFS ComfortSports on my FD, which were custom-made for PFS by Eibach and are in fact progressive rate springs. I like them for the street, but I've heard people complain about progressive springs on the track.

What sort of complains you hear from people using progressive springs? I like the look of a lowered 8 but I'm more concerned about the changes in handling dynamics on the track.
