I was cruising around for various news I ran across this...

"News Corp.’s 20th Century Fox has purchased a spot to introduce either “X2,” its summer sequel to the comic book blockbuster “X-Men"

Could we see a RX-8 in a commercial on one of the most watched television events in North America?

I wish that would be reality- but, all the recent Advertising industry mags I've been reading have said that Mazda is really going to be pushing the Mazda6 during football season. I'll bet they unveil the X-Men ad soon after though- perhaps as late (or early) as late March/early April.

Though I have to say I can't wait to see the RX-8 in TV advertising!

 

I was thinking there might be a glimpse of a RX-8 in the commercial.. not really a full "RX-8" commercial.

i just read in a link on msn that the studio bought time for an ad but the writer said it wasn't known if it would be for xmen2 or for the daredevil movie.

Hey, I hope I'm wrong- and who knows, maybe they will toss in a glimpse of the RX-8 in a commercial or two for the Mazda6!
