UUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

One thing I have learned over the last 20+ years is that the Warehouse folk ALWAYS know better what is going on than the SALESPEOPLE.

So for the last week I have been trying to get information from this company I deal with. The guy I always talk to, usually on the ball smart guy, is on the road but he's telling me he's getting the info. He's working on it but he was so busy in meetings today blah blah blah.

Meanwhile I have customers breathing down my neck wanting to know the info and get tracking on their orders. I have been sending updates but the delay is too long.

Finally after I talked with the guy one last time Saturday and he was supposed to get Info to me this morning. but no call and I got his voice mail.

I realized I had the number to the warehouse from an email awhile ago and called them directly.

The product didn't get out of customs until this past Friday. He/they are packing all the orders right now and will have tracking for me by 1pm.

Banging my head against the wall because I know better than to listen to the salesperson. It always bites you in the ass.
