Ok so i have a question, and i thought maybe somebody might have an idea about this because i have nooo idea lol.

Anyways, ok so I am currently deployed in iraq (coming home soon), and a few days ago i bought myself the rx8 of my dreams that I have been checking out for a while. So I am having the car shipped from Washington (state, where i am stationed) to my mom's place a few hours away in California. Since I didnt have an address in WA to give the dealer he said he is just going to put my california address for registration and the title. But when I get home I was just gonna have my parents drive it up so ill have it first day im back. Aaaaaanyways, long story short will this cause problems with me being able to register it in Washington state right away....will I just have to register it Cali and then change later or just say with Cali registration or something:scratchhe

I dont know if its even a problem or anything, i just thought id ask so i can plan ahead

As long as you're in the military you may maintain your home of record licensing and registration regardless of where you're posted.
