Probably tomorrow too...

Freezing rain. Yuck. Continues till mid-day tomorrow.

South Carolina is at a standstill...everybody stayed home today & will probably will tomorrow too.

Aw gee. I just like using my days off when the weather is NICE. Shoot!

Saturday - me and my son washed all three of my cars - detailed the 8 immaculately btw... no coats... beautiful day... temps around 70.

Sunday - barely got over freezing for the high.

Monday - WON'T get over frezing for the high.

Catching-up on being away all weekend from here. I'm back! :)

My company decided that we should come in, even though almost nothing was plowed and we have a good bit of snow (and now freezing rain). I had to get my husband to drive me to work, even though he wasn't going in to his office, and then, as soon as I got there, they decided conditions were too bad for us to be driving in and sent everyone home. Nice to know they care.

Your pic reminded me of how people with bicycles and scooters always come up to me and my friends's car. They are always just inches from your car and try to look inside or whatever and don't realize that the handle bars are close to scratching the paint... I just cringe everytime I see that happen. :(

No, it seems children need a place go when its freezing outside just incase they can leave the house. I was at work at 6am in the freezin weather. I dreaded going out. I'm a manager at a local chuck e cheese so we were open for the 3 families that came in all day when I could have been in bed. AND with schools out again my day off tomorrow may be taken by that darn rat again. But hey it willl pay for my 8-soon.

Yep, I had the day off up here in upstate SC -- didn't even bother to call in -- just assumed. Luckily, I had some stuff to draw at home, or I would have been forced to play in the snow/sleet with the dawgs all day, which is pretty much what I did anyway.

Tried for a top-down run in the Miata, but it's Yoko ES-100s only made it about 15 yards. Went back and got Dear Wife's Miata, and it's YK-420s at least made it to the potato chip store & back.

Just heard that a friend went up to check on my Colorado cabin and couldn't find it. At least the place is safe when it's buried. Wish I were there.

I'm not sure where it is exactly from, but I believe it was in the New York area. I recieved it in an e-mail a while back. The first time I seen that sign was on America's Funniest Videos and I had a pretty good laugh. :p

Haha, off again! Which is good, because they haven't plowed the parking lot at my apartment complex and I couldn't get out anyway.
