Sup all,

A friend of mine went to an autoshow in Austin, Texas about two or three years ago. The other day while we were looking through his brochures we found a small Rx8 pamphlet that included a "mini Rotary-shaped" CD. It's pretty cool, it has a whole history of the Rotary Engine and Rx8 specs, all in Macromedia Flash. I'll make an ISO of the CD for anyone who wants or if any one can host it, PM me for a copy.

Cool idea with the CD. Relating the rotor with everything around is that is circular is pretty effective.

The one I have is actually around 40 mb and it covers all the Rotary powered cars from the 60's to now. It also has cool wallpapers of a yellow 8. Another cool feature is a flash 6 speed gear shifter to navigate through the cd sections. All in all I haven't seen it anywhere on the net or this forum. Anyone know how I can put it here for download? I'd like for all of you guys to see it, ya know.

That mini-rotary CD was discussed here over a year ago - I bought one off e-Bay in Nov 02 for $6.

hmm whoa . .. i just noticed something from that last picture of the outter cover you posted , the front of the rx-8 looks like the s2000 front in that pic

Nice a modern idea of a brochure is it? Very nicely done though. I love it. :)
