I'd say you are hard on your tires! :) But then again I woudl expect most of us would be. That's one of the reason's I wasn't too worried about getting snow tires. Just extends the life of the summer. No experience with the tread your looking at here. Just make sure the tire shop properly balances them the first time. Good luck!

I have 10.5 k on my tires and lots of tire left

I drive like a grandma though

I'm not gonna replace tires, I'm gonna replace the rims and tire when these go bald

First I don't drive like an asshole, and I had my tires rotated twice. I auto X my car and raced it at the track that's why I have no tires so don't call me an asshole if you don't know the circumstances. For example when you race a car you drop the clutch. IF you need anymore help with this concept of dropping the clutch I can give you a more detailed example if you need it.

As soon as it warms up I'm ditching the stock tires, despite only haveing 4k on 'em.

They just plain *suck* and no one should kid themselves by thinking that they are acceptable for a sports car!

eclps0, I'd get the BFG's that you linked earlier. Thats actually the tire that I'm getting in the spring.. nothing but rave reviews from magazines. It's the only tire I have seen rated consistently higher than the Bridgestone S-03PP's that I usually run on my cars.

Let us know what ya get! :)

yeah... g-force bfgoodrich's are decent tires, but if I were to choose, I would go Bridgestone S-03 Pole Positions, great tires and always hear great things from drivers - (the drivers with balls and dont drive a like a bitch). still, 12000 miles, u must be doing burnouts all the time with clouds of smoke, cuz I have 10000 miles and I do drifting, skids, launches, hard turns, without alignment and my tread is still decent...
