Exclamation Rx8 Mechanics on Long Island???

Hi everybody
I was wondering if anyone knew of any mechanics on long island that can take a look at my RX8.

It is a 2005 AT, and has had a cavalcade of issues.

It burned through all its oil in approximately 700 miles, but I know it is not uncommon for RX8's to burn oil very quickly.
In my approximate year of ownership I have put 6000 miles on it and it has continually stalled on me.
I bought it with 68,000 miles and it now has 74,000.

Some of the issues I have encountered are:

A check engine light that comes on and then shuts off, it can stay on for as long as two weeks then suddenly disappear.

It idles extremely rough, when I am not in motion.

It stalls when I come to a stop whether at a light or a sign, and at times can take up to fifteen minutes to start again.

Currently the car will not start, it only makes a wheezing sound and does not crank.

In the past 6 months it has had:

Battery Replacement
4 ignition coils installed
PCM software recalibrated

No mechanic seemed to be able to identify what is wrong with it?

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A GOOD MECHANIC TO WORK ON AN RX8 ON LONG ISLAND WHO WILL BE HONEST AND NOT JUST GUESS AT PARTS?

Thank you

your engine has serious problem.

under normal conditions, no way it burns all oil in 700 miles
