the attachment makes no sense to me either.

You need to scale and/or reduce quality until its below 200K to work as an attchment. Use 800x600 with 75% JPEG quality to start with. Alternatively put it on your own webspace and use an image link to it.

Thank you for the info, Dave. It is still summer school holidays down here, so there are a couple of teenagers hanging around who might be able to assist.

Only bad thing about being an early baby-boomer (apart from approaching middle age right now!) is that we are forever playing catchup with computer technology.

BTW in years gone by I have spent many happy, beautiful days in Gloucesetershire and environs.
