2, a bag of original wheel nuts, they put a set new wheel nuts matches the new winter wheels for free
3, 4 black plastic sticks (What is this?)
4, 3 metal bar I guess is for the transit
5, a new wrench free

Any one have idea the 4 black plastic is use for, and do I have to keep the 3 metal bars at times in case for towing the car?

I believe the plastic ties are for you to fasten the loose nuts to the tire iron so you don't lose them. But the only way to get them off is to cut them.

The black plastics are strong hard plastic sticks, I don't think it is plastic ties?

Removable tow hooks. Most folks only get two...

Where do you attach the toe hooks?

the hooks are used when ur rx-8 needs towing...if you go to the front of the car youll see where you can punch out the plastic pieces then screw those on. i think i read that in the manual =)

Check the manual carefully... the hooks are actually tie down hooks to secure the vehicle on a flatbed... the manual specifically forbids pulling the car with the hooks, although they can be used for tie down. Manual page 7-24.
