Anyone knows where can I find the particular spot putty suggested in THIS link?

Since Im not from USA and can't go to walmart and get it, I googled it and only found this product: "Bondo Glazing & Spot Putty". Is it the same thing?

Im also concerned whether bondo spot putty is suitable for aluminium wheels. Is there a better product in the market which would be more effective in bonding in alloy surfaces?
