Going to a concert tonight. Flyleaf, 3 Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin. :ylsuper::ylsuper::ylsuper:

Been a long while since I went to a real concert. A couple years back I went to an acoustic Aaron Lewis(Staind) show but it was small, only a couple hundred people. Before that was Creed with Finger Eleven(when they were good) opening in like '99.

Awesome... I'm a fan of all 3.
I saw Flyleaf before they were big... they were playing on a "small stage" before the headliners started.
I got to stand 10 feet from them, she was tiny back then.
Saw Breaking Benjamin and 3 Days Grace last year... I was actually disappointed in 3 Days Grace's performance.

That show rocked! :ylsuper: Took some videos with my droid, but the sheer volume overpowered the mic. The vids make the bands sound off key and out of tune(like many on youtube) but they werent.

Flyleaf was really good. Was a little hard to understand her at times though. And her guitarist looked he was on something...spent the whole time running around like someone set him on fire.

Breaking Benjamin ROCKED!!! Kick ass set, they even did Polyamorous. They did a cover of Aerosmiths dream on that was awesome! My wife even commented on how Benjamin plays some really intense guitar riffs while still singing so powerfully and makes it all look easy. :ylsuper: They easily cemented their place as #2 on my current favorite bands list(Behind Alter Bridge).

3 Days Grace put on a great show. Really good set. They actually did a cover of Phil collins "In the air tonight" that was really good. That guy works hard at keeping the crowd pumped up.

nice man, congrats. its been awhile since i went to a concert too. but when i mean awhile i mean last fall, virgin fest ftw.
