Not having the CD is no big deal.
You're better off downloading the latest manager and updater software from Cobb's site.

To be honest, there is a scratch or two on the screen. It's no big deal though because they're hard to see and don't show up at all when it's on. Here's a close up of the screen for you to see for yourself.
