The whales 'Spouts' thing was done by a Sydney company "Symtec's".

Yeah, it was a software issue with the 4th door not sliding back, they weren't even sure they could light the other cauldron's, it was touch and go, a quick bit of re-programming...then it was all go.
Felt sorry for the Guy who stood there with nothing to light...what a letdown.

i'm annoyed at NBC they never show the good stuff like Biathalon. It says its on this afternoon but I bet they don't show it- only a recap or some crap- they need to use their other networks like USA and SCIFI to show as much as possible LIVE then use NBC to to show the best of the day in PRIME TIME. The web should be a gate way to the broadcast and also feature cool extra stuff to encourage you to be online AND watching the broadcast.

In the summer I WANT TO WATCH THE ARCHERY COMP!!! now this past year they did show more archery than in previous years but it was at weird times.

they showed the ski jumps with a half hour delay today wtf? turned the tv off and followed it online

i did however just watch the Canadian Woman utterly DESTROY Slovenia in Ice Hockey CNBC. . I stopped when it was 15-0!!

Just finished watching the speed skating for mens 1500m final, gotta say Apolo got robbed but at least he got a silver. The Korean cheated holding him back and the video replay even shows it yet they still give him a gold, way to go for sportsmanship there :rolleyes:. At least his retarded teammates took themselves out so Apolo didn't get fully robbed.

I was watching the Nordic Combined CC race which was really good and I happened to be calling my Dad. I said - hey turn on the Olympics you gotta see this race- Pairs Skating short program was on for him:( so I said- well turn it to CNBC the Fins and Russian women's hockey game is on and the Finns are winning. There was no hockey game on CNBC for him just some stupid news expose.

Yeah it's such crap. And why can't they stream all the lesser events o li e? Shy are they o. Streaming 2 events totalonline??
