suggestions for tires? looking for 4 new shoes 225-45/18's. wheel suggestions at $200 or less per tire. discounts can be included in this price to level it out at $200 (ie: discounttire is giving $50 rebate on purchase of 4, and if michelins, $70 rebate, and $80 on bridgestones).

riding on kumhos right now, and they have been pretty good but seem a bit louder than most tires when going down the highway.

I did search and there is just so many threads and so many responses. so thought I would reach out to my fellow loungers on what they like/are riding.

Thanks!

I have the BFG KWD's and love them (Flame pattern). Don't remember what I paid because I got them with my rims. I think I paid under 2400 for it all.

They're pretty durable, easy to fix, and the tread never wears out cuz it's metal. Seriously the best tires I've ever bought.

the eagle F1s have gotten marvelous reviews from about any online tire site I looked at. and no not goodyear.com who of course would have good reviews. people are installing these on their Zs, Audis, RX-8s, etc.

T1Rs werent an option through belletire here. all I can get in toyo is their 4s. I get a 15% discount through belle, plus GY also is giving $180 in rebates right now. we are talking about a $300+ difference.
