micro-manage- when the boss is into every little detail of every part of his business and constantly tells people how he wants something done even if it is different then how he said he wanted it done last week. never letting the people he hired to do a job do it without he/she constantly looking over their shoulders and telling them different ways of doing their job.

although this probably wont help you, it at least let me rant a little bit.
