Some amazing driving by a world class driver practicing on an indoor road course. He is supposedly driving HPI's new Pro4 due out later this month.

He was just practicing.

RC videos are pretty hard to come by so I was pretty surprised to find such good footage of someone driving more than just one or two laps.

Those of us that have raced RC know how hard it is to maintain your concentration for 15+ laps.

Damn,. that guy kills.. I used to run off-road with the RC-10, never got into the indoor roads.. wish I did though.

Oh wells, I surely dont want to get back into that hobby, it definitely burns some dough.

If anyone is interested, Great Plains software makes a RC simulator. I ordered it in hopes that it will satisfy my urge to get back into RC and save me from spending hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. You can find it at Tower Hobbies and it comes with a RC controller that hooks up to the PC that can also be used as a wheel in certain other PC driving games.

I used to race a lot of Nascar Heat online before and one of the fastest guys around used to use a RC wheel. I'm guessing this what he was using to race online with.

Nope, working on getting everything finalized now. Should be read to start building sometime mid week.
