its a shame its all true. I kind of wondered how they could have gotton so greedy. I am sure most of you have heard about the currnet US mad cow scare. The animal in question was tested at the processing plant for mad cow disease and when the test came back positive they simply excluded the parts most likely to make a person sick. not the whole animal. they simply got rid of the most contaigeous portions and sold the rest. Are they really in such desperate financial straights that this is necessary. Sorry just a rant. But I cant be the only one hoping our food supply gets some major attention in the very near future.
